Return Process

  Carefully pack the radio or electronic device in its original box, ensuring all antennas, batteries, clips, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
